Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by promoting and selling our products and services to clients in their designated territory. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

    • Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.
    • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on product knowledge.
  2. Product Expertise:

    • Develop a deep understanding of our products, their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
    • Communicate complex technical information to clients in a clear and comprehensible manner.
    • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.
  3. Sales Activities:

    • Identify sales opportunities and actively seek new business prospects.
    • Present, promote, and demonstrate products to prospective clients.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
  4. Quotation and Proposal Creation:

    • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create accurate and competitive sales quotations.
    • Customize proposals to align with client needs and effectively highlight value propositions.
  5. Sales Process Management:

    • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
    • Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and results using CRM software.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes.
  6. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the team on market dynamics and customer preferences.
  7. Customer Support:

    • Provide post-sales support and act as a liaison between clients and the technical support team.
    • Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
